School Days Part 2
Soccer! Our love, our only concern and our only source of fun during sec4! it was always the usual gang, me cooh jas ahwu teh jer sim eric juls farmer ian and sometimes ish. Those were the days man. The whole day, only one thought running through our minds: when is it time to go play soccer. And when it was time, rush down, heck! Go and play! play like siao la den after school, continue playing until 5 plus 6 hahaha! dis happened almost everyday la! Even during prelims we were still playing. After chem prac, whee, take ball and chiong! Sometimes, we almost battered the fence down with our shots haha. Moreover, we spent many a saturday morning just playing soccer in school. No worries. Just play. Those were the days..Amaths! Bah! my teacher(honestly sux). can't teach for peanuts and she is foreign so has a weird accent. even my own parents couldn't undestand her when they came for meet the parents. So it was no surprise that my amaths kept failing..right thru till prelims. i got an F9 for prelims! AMATHS! F9!! Devasted! and my lousy teacher told me, i think you may not be able to cope and not score well in O levels so i advise you to drop the subject. I was shocked, and i HECKED! Continued studying! and ta-da! O levels A2!! No doubt it was divine intervention! THANK YOU GOD! And when i got my results! wah so happy! and well, i didn't go up and thank my teacher hahaha.. our principal Mr Ng always played a part in our amaths. He would come down and call all of us into the learning lab for a math lecture(he was a math teacher). He would go out of his way to teach us vectors properly and he really made the topic simple enough to grasp! Thanks a lot Mr Ng! Now dis is a principal who doesn't sit in his office all day!
